Ideal Summer Conference Spaces

We host many conferences on campus that are traditionally held during the summer months. University classes and meetings take priority, and most classrooms are in use and have low availability during the fall and spring semester. However, we recommend the following conference spaces for summer.

David Lawrence Hall Auditorium
David Lawrence Hall

Max. Capacity: 571 - Auditorium

David L. Lawrence Hall has multiple classrooms and two auditoriums. Spaces can be used for large meetings, conferences, and presentations on campus.

Wesley W. Posvar Hall is located on what used to be Forbes Field. The home plate is preserved on the ground floor lobby, or the Galleria, which can be reserved along with many classrooms, auditoriums, and at times the Posvar/Provost Suites. Spaces can accommodate booths and fairs, larger receptions, and conferences. There is also a large outdoor patio.
